What are the conditions for using the apartments?
Our appartments are offered for residential use only and may not be used for business activities. Teleworking is allowed, but not the welcoming of clients in the premises.
The client also agrees to respect and keep the appartment clean during his stay and not to commit any voluntary damage and to inform us promptly of any involuntary damage.
Reservation, payment and deadlines ?
The client who wishes to book the accommodation chooses from those presented on the website www.rent-cannes.com by completing the online booking form. 50% of the total amount of the rental will be debited immediately and the remaining amount will be debited on the day of arrival or the day before if you arrive on a weekend.
In the case that the payment is not respected, we cannot guarantee the processing of the reservation.
On the day of your arrival, what is your welcome like?
Our furnished studios and appartments are available from 4pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
We have a key box system in place and you can enter the flat on your own. The necessary information will be sent to you by email the day before your arrival.
In case of arrival or departure outside of these time slots, it is necessary to obtain the prior written agreement of the management.
What are the usual rental periods?
Our appartments are available every day of the week and all year round for a minimum of 3 days. In the case of a last minute booking for same day arrival, the booking must be made before 6pm otherwise we do not guarantee access to the Residence.
Can I cancel?
For cancellations made between the date of booking and 30 days before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, a fee equivalent to 50% of the reservation will be charged.
For cancellations made on the day of arrival and in case of no show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
From what time is the room available on the day of arrival and at what time must it be vacated on the day of departure?
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 4 p.m. onwards.
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10am. However, a luggage storage facility is available for guests arriving earlier or wishing to leave Cannes a little later.
How can I benefit from an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible subject to availability. We cannot guarantee them. If early check-in or late check-out is a requirement, we advise you to book the night before or the night after.
Does the Residence have an internet connection?
Yes, the Residence has a high-speed wifi connection, free of charge, with no access code.
