1) RENTAL

The rental contract is directly concluded with the management company Rent Cannes. The rental conditions are described in the following paragraphs.

2) RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

The client who wishes to book the accommodation chooses among those presented on the website www.rent-cannes.com. After confirming the availability of the latter, he/she must complete the online reservation form and choose the method of payment.

Credit card: the customer is required to pay the totality of the rental.
PayPal: 30% of the total amount of the rental will be debited immediately / 70% will be debited automatically 1 month later.
Bank transfer or check: 30% of the rent is required at the time of order / 70% at the latest one month before your arrival.
Payment by cash or cheque: A deposit cheque of 250€ is required to block your reservation.

If this deadline is not respected, the management company Rent Cannes will be unable to pay its service providers and will not be able to guarantee the execution of the planned services. Upon receipt of the full payment, the management company Rent Cannes will send the tenant a ‘rental voucher’, as well as the detailed plan to reach his apartment.

For reservations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the rental period, the client is required to pay the full rental amount. For customers who wish to pay by bank transfer, it will be necessary to indicate in the communication of the transfer the number of reservation, all the expenses of transfer being charged to the tenant.

3) PRICE

The prices mentioned correspond to the duration you have chosen and vary according to the periods indicated on the Rent Cannes website

4) MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD

The minimum rental period is two consecutive days.

5) TIMETABLE

Our furnished studios and apartments are available from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm on the day of your arrival, and must be vacated before 11:00 am on the day of your departure.

In case of arrival or departure outside of the time slots, it is necessary to obtain the prior agreement of the management.

6) ARRIVAL AND DEPOSIT

At the time of arrival in the accommodation, the client must present to a representative of the management company Rent Cannes his ‘rental voucher’. A deposit of the amount of your rent must be made by credit card or bank transfer before your arrival. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay, except for the amount of any damage caused (breakage, theft, deterioration or other). If the client decides to leave earlier than expected, the management company Rent Cannes will have the possibility to keep the deposit and to return it after having checked the accommodation.

7) NUMBER OF PEOPLE

The number of people that the apartment can accommodate cannot exceed the number of places indicated on the website. Children up to 4 years old are not counted if the client brings a cot and the necessary bedding. Any change in the number of persons, limited to the capacity of the apartment, must be communicated at least two days before the beginning of the rental to the management company Rent Cannes.

8) ANIMALS

Within the framework of the seasonal furnished rental and in order to preserve the tranquillity of the premises, they can be authorized in the apartments only after prior written agreement.

9) LINEN

When sending the reservation form, the customer will have to indicate if he wants to rent the linen, provided by the management company Rent Cannes.

10) HOUSEHOLD

At the time of departure, the accommodations will be perfectly in order and clean. If a cleaning at the end of the stay is foreseen, the customer will have to leave the kitchen and the bathroom clean. He will also have to dispose of the garbage in the dwelling. If there is no end-of-stay cleaning scheduled, the client will have to leave the accommodation in its original state. If the accommodation is dirty, the management company Rent Cannes will be able to deduct the amount corresponding to the cleaning from the security deposit.

11) HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING

12) MAINTENANCE OF THE EXTERNAL PART IF NECESSARY

The management company Rent Cannes reserves the right to access the exterior part of the accommodation to carry out the operations essential to the maintenance of the terraces, the yard, etc…

13) CANCELLATION

Reservation amounts cannot be refunded within two months of the rental date. If you wish to protect yourself against this risk, you will need to take out personal insurance.

14) LIABILITY

All units have been checked and examined by the management company Rent Cannes. The descriptions given on the site are true to life and have been written in good faith. In case of complaint, the holidaymaker commits himself to inform within 48 hours the management company Rent Cannes (+33 (0)4 93 992 833 or +33 (0)6 35 53 47 74). The customer must put this claim in writing within 48 hours. The customer agrees to collaborate with the management company Rent Cannes in order to try to solve the problem. In the absence of written communication and explicit authorization from Rent Cannes, the client who abandons his accommodation before the agreed date, will lose the right to a possible refund of the rental amount. Any complaints notified after the end of the stay will not give rise to any refund. Rent Cannes management company reserves the right to terminate the contract before or during its execution if unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure make the enjoyment of the house or apartment impossible. Rent Cannes Management Company reserves the right to assign him/her another accommodation with similar or superior characteristics.

15) COURT AND JURISDICTION

In case of dispute concerning the reservation and the rental, the place of jurisdiction is Cannes. The applicable law is French. The reservation implies the knowledge of the General Conditions of rental and implies their acceptance without reserve or exception. By signing the furnished rental agreement, the client accepts the contractual conditions completely and unconditionally.

17) INSURANCE

The rental price does not include the insurance for the risks in case of cancellation of a reservation. Reservation amounts cannot be refunded. If you wish to protect yourself against this risk, you will need to take out personal insurance.
